The Process

We pride ourselves on celebrating how beautiful raw can be.  It is because of this that we feel our pieces are far more unique than you may realize.  We hand collect directly from approved areas of private land our selection are all pieces that will be as close to raw energy as you get aside from finding these yourself. 

 

With no wholesaler, warehouses, polishing, faceting, or store front we believe that we are helping preserve the natural beauty of each piece.  If you are a believer of ancient energy, we feel that the mysterious formation of the Adirondack mountains and its ability to bring fourth ancient rocks, unlike other places in the United States, that our process, although strenuous, allows these pieces to have great potentials for you. 

 

Whether it's a beautiful crystal by your bedside that brings you comfort or something more, we know that what we do and how we do it is worth it! The journey to our collection sites only has a couple of short sections that are actual trail.  During our journey we must navigate through dense brush, water logged ground, up sections of the mountain, and across streams.  The majority of the journey is done completely on foot and until recently we transported these rock with only a tote bags weighing up to 30#s per trip, a small back pack, and a fanny pack.  Our new piece of equipment is an old 2 wheeled cart that needs to have all large pieces emptied from it during the journey back 4 times to make it around fallen trees and over bumpy terrain.  Regardless of the slips, the cuts, the pulled muscles, the numerous ruined tote bags, and exhaustion I would not trade my time in the forests of the Adirondack Mountains for anything!
